Incredibly beautiful hotel with huge rooms and splendid view of the mountains. Location close to Rieti city center and a main road crossroads. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Park Hotel Villa Potenziani in Rieti. the hotel is absolutely stunning, with spacious rooms and a breathtaking view of the mountains. Its proximity to the city center and a main road junction made it convenient to explore the town.

Everything is modern.

Great location up in the mountains with a beautiful well-maintained area. Just a quick 10-minute drive to the town center. the rooms offer lovely views of the surroundings and all the facilities were in good working condition. 👌

The place was beautiful with a good view.

the classic italian villa at park hotel villa potenziani was even more beautiful than my previous stay in rieti. the welcoming staff, nice pool, and tasty breakfast with lots of pastries made me feel right at home. the clean rooms with great views were a delightful bonus.

Located in a beautiful countryside setting, the hotel is situated up on a hill, providing stunning views of the mountains. the location, right at a crossroad, also makes it easily accessible by car from the nearby city center. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. the breakfast buffet is amazing, offering a large selection of local and international fare. the hotel amenities such as the outdoor pool, tennis court, and well-equipped gym are worth mentioning.

The hotel could improve on the clarity of its directions, as some visitors found it hard to find the dirt road leading up to the hotel.

We couldn't be happier with the value for money at this amazing hotel. The room was elegant, spacious, and absolutely perfect. The location, nestled in a tranquil and stunning park, provided a serene escape. The staff, especially the helpful Miss Roberta at the front desk, were friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, perhaps by adding more variety to match the excellent level of the restaurant.

The "Party Room" at Park Hotel Villa Potenziani is incredible! The wooden carved ceiling from the early '900 by Nicoletti brothers is just stunning. It's the largest room in the hotel and known as the "Salone delle Feste". Plus, the view of the plain of Rieti from the room is absolutely breathtaking. As a guest, I was blown away by its beauty and couldn't stop admiring it.

Personally, I liked everything about the room, but if I had to pick one thing, I'd say that the air conditioning could be a bit colder. However, I understand that others might find it perfect and still enjoy their stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem! I loved the historic palace vibe, surrounded by stunning gardens and a beautiful park. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was top-notch. The location is great, right on a main road crossroads and just a short distance from the city center.

Outstanding service and attention to detail. Verena, the host at the restaurant, went out of her way to make my stay memorable. The historical ambiance of the villa was breathtaking, and Amadeus at the front desk provided fascinating insights into its rich history. The impeccable restoration of the rooms and the well-tended garden added to the overall charm. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of continental choices. Despite being located outside the city center, the hotel is worth the drive for its stunning countryside views. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, historical charm, and great value for money.

Stayed at a stunning hotel in a wonderful park. Tranquil and stunning surroundings. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every aspect. Impressive room and large bathroom. Perfect experience overall. Had dinner in the garden and breakfast on a terrace with stunning views. Plenty of parking and suitcases brought up to the room.

Only regret was not being able to stay longer. Cons: Liked everything.
